The Directors of Sasol Limited have declared an interim cash dividend of R2,80  
per ordinary share payable on Monday, 12 April 2010 to ordinary shareholders    
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 9 April
2010.                                                                           
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Distribution Securities,   
SOLIHF, will receive a Sasol Limited interim cash dividend of R2, 80 per        
security on Monday, 12 April 2010 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to   
trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be      
Wednesday, 31 March 2010.                                                       
SOLIHF Hot Enhanced Distribution Securities will commence trading "ex" the      
dividend from the commencement of business on Thursday, 01 April 2010 and the   
record date will be Friday, 9 April 2010.
